How to Use This Portal?

This portal lets you easily process your requests with the City Assessor’s Department of North Caloocan City Hall. You can fill out the form online and upload all required documents for pre-validation, then wait for the confirmation email indicating whether your documents are valid or not. If your documents are approved, the email will include a QR code for queuing, which you can scan at the City Hall’s on-site scanner to activate your queue number. If your documents are incomplete or invalid, you will receive an email explaining what needs to be corrected or submitted
